Inky Fingers Stamping & Scrapbooking is located in East Liverpool, Ohio in a 2400 sq. ft. building. I carry products for both stamping & scrapbooking and have classes on techniques for both hobbies. The store opened in 2001 and moved to a larger store in 2003.
